Terms And Conditions

Tree Houses: A deposit of A$395 is required to secure your booking, the balance to be settled 30 days prior to arrival date.

The following cancellation policy applies:

• For cancellations made 30 days or more prior to date of arrival a cancellation fee of A$100 will apply to the refund of your deposit.
• For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival date, or "no shows", the entire stay minus the deposit will be charged unless we are able to rebook the period.
• Cancellations must be in writing.
